Transport properties of the electronic states in the gate voltage-modulated skyrmion crystal

As a result of the Hund's coupling, band structure conducting electrons in skyrmion crystal (SkX) shares similar topological properties with that graphene, such as its cone-like shape, nonzero Chern number, edge states, and etc. In this work, we rigorously demonstrate Klein tunneling phenomena is also shared by these two. We use Green's function technique calculated transmission probability through an electrostatic barrier SkX expressed double exchange model. Numerical results reproduced Dirac model obtained linear fitting two-dimensional SkX.
